With the capital Budapest as the center, the 1,000-kilometer area can radiate nearly 500 million people in Europe, and the market radiation capacity is very considerable.
China's trade with Central and Eastern European countries has grown by an average of 8.1% per year, and China's imports from Central and Eastern European countries have grown by an average of 9.2% per year. Hungary is a member of the European Union and a signatory to the Schengen Agreement, which means that goods or people entering Hungary will enter the EU single market or other 26 EU member states. Since joining the EU, various new wholesale centers have been specially built for economic and trade exchanges with China and Asia. Among them, the Asia Center, with an investment of US$200 million, is an important logistics center for Asian and Chinese products in Central Europe. In addition to the Asia Center, Budapest has also established the China Mall (also known as the "Hungarian Chinese Brand Product Trade Center"), which also serves Chinese investment and wholesale distribution.
