Respond to industry needs
Spoga+gafa, the world's leading gardening and barbecue trade fair, is changing its schedule in response to industry requests. From 2025, the trade fair will no longer start on Sunday, but will instead start on Tuesday and end on Thursday. This change will allow spoga+gafa to better meet the needs of exhibitors and visitors, and the next spoga+gafa will take place in Cologne from June 24 to 26, 2025.
The majority of national and international exhibitors as well as visitor groups and associations requested a change in the schedule so that Sunday is no longer an arrival or trade fair day. Starting on Tuesday, attendees can be fully prepared for the trade fair and optimize their arrival time.
Sebastian Rosito, Vice President of Koelnmesse, said: "We have taken the feedback from exhibitors and visitors seriously and decided to adjust the schedule to further enhance the exhibition experience and make the exhibition a success for all parties involved.
The just-concluded 2024 spoga+gafa exhibition once again proved its position as an important platform for the global horticultural industry. From June 16 to 18, 2024, 28,000 professional visitors from 113 countries attended this world-leading gardening and barbecue exhibition. As a result, this exhibition has achieved a continuation of last year's success.
