Exhibition introduction:
The French International Food and Beverage Exhibition was founded in 1964 and is held every two years. It has a history of more than 50 years and has become a world-renowned food professional exhibition. Due to the high quality and complete variety of exhibited products, it has become an important gathering place for food industry buyers and decision-makers around the world, representing the development and innovation of the international food industry. It is held alternately with the Anuga Food Exhibition in Germany every year and is the largest food industry event in Europe and even the world.
At the exhibition held in 2022, 7,020 exhibitors from 109 countries gathered together. These exhibitors brought together representative companies in the food industry of various countries; 155,700 visitors visited the exhibition, of which more than 70% came from other countries outside France. Most of the visitors were professional buyers related to the food industry. The exhibition area reached 200,000 square meters. Among the 8 pavilions, Halls 1, 2, 3, 4, and 8 are national and regional pavilions, and Halls 5, 6, and 7 are professional pavilions, divided into 19 product divisions.
The organizers set up 15 different types of food thematic exhibitions and discussion areas throughout the exhibition area. During the exhibition, more than 250 discussion activities were held, facilitating exchanges and communication among industry insiders from various countries.
