2. Market Analysis
Australia is one of the most economically developed countries in the world, and its economic output ranked 12th in the world in 2022. In 2022, the total trade volume between China and Australia reached US$220.9 billion. In the first quarter of 2023, the bilateral trade volume was approximately US$58.8 billion, a year-on-year increase of more than 10%. China is Australia's largest trading partner. The economies of the two countries are highly complementary and have great potential for economic and trade cooperation. Australia is also a signatory to the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP), and the multiple dividends of RECP are gradually showing.
In order to cultivate new advantages in foreign trade competition, strengthen economic and trade cooperation with RCEP member countries, promote international cooperation on the "Belt and Road Initiative", enhance the image of Chinese brands, further promote our enterprises to explore the markets of Australia and RCEP member countries, promote the stability of foreign trade scale and optimization of structure, and achieve high-quality development, the Foreign Trade Development Bureau of the Ministry of Commerce plans to hold the China Consumer Goods (Australia) Brand Exhibition in Sydney, Australia in September 2024.
III. Scope of Exhibits
(I) Household cleaning and household tools: bathroom appliances, cleaning supplies and utensils, washing supplies, storage supplies, household hardware tools, shopping baskets and packaging ceramics, glass, etc.;
(II) Baby products: baby clothing, baby carriages, cribs, baby food, toys, etc.;
(III) Household items and home accessories: home decorations, travel goods, luggage, glasses, lamps and lanterns, wall hangings, wall materials, wall clocks and table clocks, small furniture, office chairs, small ornaments, etc.;
(IV) Textiles and clothing: clothing, down jackets, household textiles and fabrics, scarves, shoes and hats, etc.;
(V) Kitchen supplies and tableware: cooking and baking utensils, cooking utensils, cooking appliances, cutting tools and accessories, baking trays, glassware, porcelain, pottery kitchen furniture, bar and drinking utensils, tablecloths, table decorations, tools and accessories, etc.
(VI) Household appliances, home health care: various small appliances, vacuum cleaners, energy-saving, heaters, humidifiers, water filtration, massage, health care, personal care appliances, etc.;
(VII) Holiday supplies and gifts: Christmas gifts, seasonal decorations, holiday decorations, holiday lights, various handicrafts, ethnic handicrafts, stationery, gift jewelry, etc.
4. Exhibition Fees
Notes:
1. If there are special schedules and routes, air tickets and personnel fees will be quoted according to the actual situation;
2. According to the company's financial regulations, the various exhibition fees paid before the exhibition are generally not invoiced in advance, and will be settled uniformly after the exhibition;
3. The above prices do not include commodity inspection fees, exhibit tariffs, empty container storage fees, and container replacement (repackaging);
4. The packaging boxes of exhibits less than 1 cubic meter are all calculated as 1 cubic meter;
5. In the event of large fluctuations in the market conditions of aviation, shipping, etc., our company will reserve the right to make appropriate adjustments to some prices in this fee list.
V. Exhibition Process
1. Prepayment deposit: RMB 20,000 (9 square meters/exhibition booth), registration deadline: February 28, 2024;
2. After registration, if you cancel the exhibition request by yourself, the deposit will not be refunded. Due to the limited exhibition booths, the booths will be sent to our company according to the "Exhibition Application Form" and the remittance slip, and the booths will be confirmed in the order of deposit receipt;
3. Our company will reserve booths according to the exhibitors' requirements, but reserves the right to make minor adjustments or make decisions or adjustments to the specific booths of the exhibitors/participants according to the organizer's notification. All booth fees must be paid within 7 days after booth confirmation, otherwise it will be treated as self-cancellation of the exhibition and the advance payment will not be refunded.
4. Going Abroad Procedures
Our company issues the exhibition confirmation letter - the enterprise prepares the passport and related materials - our company is responsible for providing relevant information and assisting with visas (visas are risky, please prepare backup personnel for exhibitors).
**Remarks:
① The personnel fee is tentative, for reference only, and will be confirmed later; accommodation during the group is a double standard room.
② All exhibitors are requested to comply with the various regulations of the exhibition.
