Exhibition Introduction: The Kazakhstan-China Commodities Fair is currently the largest overseas exhibition held by my country in Central Asia. It has been successfully held for 17 sessions since 2003. The scale has been continuously expanded, the content has been increasingly enriched, and it has a high reputation in Central Asia. In 2023, more than 200 enterprises from more than a dozen provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities including Xinjiang, Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps, Qinghai, Gansu, Shaanxi, Zhejiang and Fujian will participate in the exhibition. The total exhibition area is 6,446 square meters, and the exhibits cover agricultural machinery, hardware and building materials, textile and light industry, home appliances and electronics, etc., attracting more than 4,000 Kazakhstan enterprises to participate.

2. Market Analysis

Kazakhstan spans Europe and Asia, which is an important channel of the ancient Silk Road and a place for the joint construction of the "Belt and Road". China and Kazakhstan have always maintained a good and stable bilateral relationship, and economic and trade cooperation has grown rapidly. Over the past decade, the trade between Kazakhstan and China has deepened, and the emerging markets of Central Asian countries have been opened up. The economic structures of China and Kazakhstan are highly complementary. China has been Kazakhstan's second largest trading partner for several consecutive years. According to statistics from the General Administration of Customs of China, from January to November 2023, the total trade in goods between China and Kazakhstan was US$36.9 billion, a year-on-year increase of 31.4%. In 2022, Kazakhstan's supply of agricultural products to China increased by 133.7% year-on-year, raw materials and energy products increased by 58%, and chemical products increased by 25.2%. At the same time, Kazakhstan's total imports of plastic and rubber products from China increased by 45%, textiles increased by 23.4%, and machinery and equipment increased by 21.4%. Kazakhstan is not only the largest agricultural product trading country among the five Central Asian countries, but also has rich mineral resources such as oil, natural gas, coal, and non-ferrous metals. The pillar industry is mainly mining. The manufacturing industry mainly includes: oil processing and industrial chemicals, light textile industry, building materials, household appliances and automobile manufacturing, machinery and equipment and ferrous and non-ferrous metal materials production, as well as tobacco, alcohol, food and pharmaceutical industries. Under the framework of the "Belt and Road Initiative", China and Kazakhstan have carried out capacity and investment cooperation, and have formed a project list covering 52 projects with a total amount of more than US$21.2 billion, and continue to expand into green, digital and technological fields. Although Astana is one of the youngest capitals in the world, it has a lot of history and has become a modern city that has the ability to attract tourists and investors. The 2017 Astana Expo Shaanxi Week has set up a platform for Shaanxi enterprises to open up and cooperate with the outside world. Shaanxi's advantageous industries such as equipment manufacturing, agriculture, logistics, and tourism have held a series of economic and trade activities. During the activities, foreign companies have also shown strong interest and cooperation intentions in Shaanxi's energy, agriculture and other fields.

VI. Registration Method

Exhibitors shall fill in the application form (Appendix 1) and stamp and scan it to the exhibition organizer. Exhibitors shall pay a deposit of RMB 20,000 per 9 square meters standard booth to the organizer within the notification period to ensure the confirmation of the booth.
