2. China-Mexico Market Analysis

In the 50 years since the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Mexico, especially since the two countries established a strategic partnership in 2013, the development of bilateral relations has entered the fast lane, and mutually beneficial economic and trade cooperation has achieved fruitful results. Mexico is China's second largest trading partner in Latin America, and China is Mexico's second largest trading partner in the world. Mexico is an important contracting engineering market and investment destination for China in Latin America. The cooperation between the two sides in the fields of transportation infrastructure, processing and manufacturing, telecommunications, traditional energy and clean energy is progressing smoothly.

According to data from the General Administration of Customs of China, the bilateral trade volume between China and Mexico reached US$128.7 billion in 2022, a record high. From January to October 2023, the total import and export value between China and Mexico reached 585.6 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 12.4%. Among them, China's exports to Mexico were 476.01 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 12.0%; China's imports from Mexico were 109.59 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 14.3%.

The automotive industry is Mexico's largest manufacturing sector and one of its pillar industries, producing more than 3.7 million passenger cars annually, producing more than 50 brands and more than 500 models through a nationwide network of 2,361 dealers. It is also the world's fifth largest parts producer. In 2022, Mexico's car ownership was 41.7 million, an average of 329 vehicles per thousand people.

Mexico's electric vehicle development momentum is good. According to the Mexican Automobile Industry Association, by the end of 2022, Mexico's pure electric vehicle sales increased by 394%, with sales of 5,631 vehicles in the industry that year, compared with 1,140 vehicles in 2021.

According to the forecast of the American Economy, as part of the commitment to reduce pollution emissions. Last year, Mexico exported 2.636 billion US dollars of electric vehicles to the US market, ranking fourth among the countries that sold more electric vehicles to the United States.

III. Scope of Exhibits

1. New Energy Vehicles and Technologies

New energy passenger vehicles, commercial vehicles, special vehicles, logistics vehicles, hydrogen fuel cell vehicles; new energy vehicles such as new energy motorcycles, scooters and bicycles; spare parts, batteries and peripheral accessories, charging and replacement facilities, automatic driving, intelligent networking.

2. Automotive Parts and Systems

Automotive driving parts and components; chassis, wheels, body, electronics and electrical appliances, automotive interior and exterior; driving power and electronic control, etc.

3. Auto parts and modifications

Auto parts, special equipment; modification service system and improved design.

4. Repair and maintenance

Auto maintenance and repair equipment; workshop maintenance and painting; maintenance station construction and management.

4. Exhibition Fees

Notes:

1. If there are special schedules and routes, air tickets and personnel fees will be quoted according to actual conditions;  

2. According to the company's financial regulations, the various exhibition fees paid before the exhibition are generally not invoiced in advance, and will be settled uniformly after the exhibition;

3. The above prices do not include commodity inspection fees, exhibit tariffs, empty container storage fees, and container replacement (repackaging);

4. Packaging boxes of exhibits less than 1 cubic meter will be calculated as 1 cubic meter;

5. In the event of large fluctuations in the market conditions of aviation, shipping, etc., our company will reserve the right to make appropriate adjustments to some of the prices in this fee list.

V. Exhibition Process

1. Prepayment deposit: RMB 20,000 (9 square meters/exhibition booth), registration deadline: December 30, 2023;

2. After registration, if you cancel the exhibition request by yourself, the deposit will not be refunded. Due to the limited exhibition booths, the booths will be sent to our company according to the "Exhibition Application Form" and the remittance slip, and the booths will be confirmed in the order of deposit receipt;

3. Our company will reserve booths according to the exhibitors' requirements, but reserves the right to make minor adjustments or make decisions or adjustments to the specific booths of the exhibitors/participants according to the organizer's notification. All booth fees must be paid within 7 days after booth confirmation, otherwise it will be treated as self-cancellation of the exhibition and the advance payment will not be refunded.

4. Going Abroad Procedures

Our company issues the exhibition confirmation letter - the enterprise prepares the passport and related materials - our company is responsible for providing relevant information and assisting with visas (visas are risky, please prepare backup personnel for exhibitors).

① Personnel fees are tentative, for reference only, subject to confirmation; accommodation during the group is a double standard room.

② All exhibitors are requested to comply with the various regulations of the exhibition.
