The 2022 Five New Achievements Release Conference jointly organized by the Fujian Edible Fungi Industry Association and the Edible Fungi Industry Technology Alliance was grandly held in Fuzhou

On June 10, 2022, the Fujian Edible Fungi Industry Association and the Fujian Edible Fungi Industry Technology Alliance jointly held a five-new achievement press conference at the Fuzhou International Convention and Exhibition Center. This conference is one of the series of activities of the 3rd China Edible Fungi Industry Expo. It is hosted by the Fujian Edible Fungi Industry Association and the Fujian Edible Fungi Industry Technology Alliance. More than 150 people, including member representatives, directors, executive directors, vice presidents, special guests and leaders of relevant departments from edible fungi industry associations across the province, attended the conference.

The five new achievements release conference was organized and planned by Professor Xie Baogui and Associate Professor Deng Youjin of Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University, both post experts of the National Edible Fungi Industry Technology System, and released a total of 15 achievements from universities, research institutes and corporate member units. The conference showcased new varieties of edible fungi recently bred in our province, such as the new variety of enoki mushrooms ‘Nong Wanzhen No. 2’, the new varieties of hydrangea mushrooms ‘Minxiu No. 1’ and ‘Minxiu No. 2’, and the new variety of Pleurotus geesteranus ‘Fuxiu No. 1’; the recently developed new short-pack ring-cover production line, Lin Xiaohe intelligent mushroom cabinet and other new equipment, the new cultivation technology of Pleurotus geesteranus B to FF new model in Zhangzhou; and the recently developed new products such as cold-mixed Tremella fuciformis and Jiejiu Ganoderma fermented tea.

This meeting was rich in content, and the majority of participating representatives felt that they had good exchanges and gained a lot.
